Took my retainer, told me it would be less and I would have money coming back... then started I believe what I needed and then stopped responding. I have no idea where my case stands and where my money went. Very unprofessional. If you closed the practice the least you can do it notify your clients and give a refund

I've left numerous messages on Adam's answering machine and his receptionist. Apparently he has so much business that he can't be bothered to answer me. Very poor customer service. I'll look for another attorney.
