        I brought my new bronco in for service and it was flawless. they did everything perfectly and washed and vacuumed the vehicle for free. I was made to feel at home and welcome.

        Korum just struggles with their service. They regularly let you stand around while service people pretend like they dont see you. They book appointments then tell you its going to take 6 hours to get a look at it, then respond to criticism by saying that it was scheduled as a drop off. I never do drop offs and actually state that when I make appointments; but they do the same song and dance every time. If there were somewhere more convenient I would go somewhere else honestly.
