Re-Bath

I needed our bathroom to be converted into a handicap-friendly design as my husband has Parkinsons. I chose Rebath (for a total bathroom remodel beginning March 15th) because, although they may be a bit more expensive, they committed to work as quickly and as mess-free as possible. They did exactly that. I appreciated that the contractors called each morning at 8 to tell us what time they'd arrive. They were prompt and worked diligently all day long. They paper-line protected their pathway in and out. They kept the bathroom door closed to contain dust and noise. All of the gentlemen who worked here were VERY respectful, knowledgeable and professional. There were several "glitches" (what project DOESN'T have them?) but they were addressed professionally. I, obviously, recommend them.

We just had two bathrooms remodeled by Re-Bath Seattle and we couldn't be happier. Our consultation with Kimberly was very helpful and informative. She came prepared with samples, photos, and videos, to make sure we knew the whole process, and could choose exactly what we wanted. She listened to us and didn't try to upsell us beyond what we were comfortable with. The install team were very professional and did a wonderful job. The lead installer, Kristian, kept us informed every step of the process. His team (Aaron, Todd, Renaldo, Keith, Javier, and Joaquin) worked quickly while still maintaining a high quality of work. All plumbing was installed by a specialist and inspected by a licensed inspector, which give an extra peace of mind. Re-Bath is certainly not the cheapest option out there, but it's worth it for the quality. We love our new bathrooms!

ReBath did a great job with our bathroom remodel! Scott helped us chose from a nice selection of options. Taylor and Ethan were courteous and took great care to protect our floors and carpet as they worked. Taylor went over all the details and care instructions when the job was done. This is the second remodel we have done with ReBath. They are a great company!

Much thanks to Brian Fleenor and Marcus Webb of Re-Bath Seattle/ Kirkland for a wonderful job renovating our Riva at Lake Union condo shower and bath. Brian and Marcus were very professional, prompt, and meticulous in their work detail, providing us with an amazing new shower. Ten Star for a job well done.

Worst communication I've experienced. I was supposed to get a quote for my parent's home. I had to last minute take my father to the emergency clinic. The rep came out and because I wasn't there said I would need to reschedule despite the homeowner (my mom) being present and my son who knew the scope of work. I call the rep directly because they called earlier. No answer and no call back. I called the main number a few minutes after to get them to come back out. I was told the rep would come right back out. I arrived at the home within 30min of the call and waited an hour with no rep showing up. I called to get an update and was told I would get a call back. 30min later no call, called again and was told my request for a call back would be expedited. I never received a call back. I had to spend 2hrs doing nothing because I had no idea if someone was coming or not. I will not be going with this company. Inexcusable behavior given the fact they had the option to call, text, or email me.
