Let me begin with I would've giving her five stars after my consultation and my step 1 appointment. The consultation appointment was very informative, and she was very thorough. For my part 1 appointment, it was perfect! she was patient, took her time and explained every step to me. Now this is where it took a very strange turn; for my six weeks follow up she was so short, I felt rushed; my appointment was supposed to be 1 hour but lasted maybe 30-40 minutes top. She did not give me any after care instructions and when I tried to ask questions, she looked annoyed. And to top it all off, she charged me $50 more than what she told me the cost was from the consultation appointment. She did an excellent job with my brows, but her customer service skills need lot of improvement. Honestly, I am not comfortable recommending her to anyone. Service: Microblading

I have had a few lash lifts and tints with Hailey and I am blown away by the results every time. Her customer service is incredible and I always feel welcome in her space! I cannot recommend her and her services enough! Service: Lash lift

Honestly, I was really nervous since Im very particular about anything involving my face, but Hailey was just AMAZING! Throughout all my appointments she was just the sweetest and answered all my questions/concerns (which were a lot haha). All the information (prices, aftercare, steps) were explained with so much clarity, which its so refreshing to see. Shes so professional and talented, would definitely recommend if you want top results and service!

Hailey has always done a wonderful job on my eyebrows! I usually get a tint, wax, and lamination by her, and I'm never disappointed. I mean, look at that before & after!! She literally brings my brows back to life! I've only had them done by a handful of people, and Hailey has been the one person I've stuck with. I've watched her skills grow over the years, and I'm always happy with my results and how well she has handled my requests (I'm picky with my brows!). With how thorough and sweet she is, I will always recommend her!
