Disappointed!So here is the story,decided to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon,we went to T-Mobile store in Puyallup ( South Hill Mall ) ,they told us that they would buy out our Verizon contract,but they didnt follow through,and because of that Verizon charged us a $1000 +also they didnt tell us about other promotions such as keep and switch.

My fianc and I were so happy with our experience today at T-Mobile. Sales Rep Jacob was very kind and personable; he went the extra mile and stayed after hours just to get our plans set up. We are very pleased :)

Sydney was who helped me and she was amazing customer service was great so friendly helped me for about a hour. If you need anything go to this store they are the best.
