I had a very unique situation happen with my phone service being shut off the day after paying my bill I went to the puyallup store to get assistance. I was assisted by a member named Michael C his attitude towards me was as if I was dirt off the street, there was lack of concern and friendliness during my interaction with him. I was prepared to end my service with Cricket Wireless after leaving to avoid ever having to an interaction with him again. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location if you want to feel welcomed and a valued member. Thankfully my issue was resolved thanks to the customer service member I spoke with who did take me into their care.

This store was AMAZING!! I came in wanting to bring my family from Verizon, and I was greeted by a lady named Jessica who explained everything to me. Especially how much money I will be saving than I would stay with Verizon. She helped us choose the right phones and even helped set everything up! Thanks Jessica! We will definitely be coming to this store!

I have been with Cricket wireless for over 6 years. My expirence with Spanapway was great; but my expirence with South Hill Was NOT!!? The man runing The So HILL. Cricket store is Runing it into Bankrupsy. He actually said, "We are not interrested in keeping the customers we have, we want New customers. Thats where the money is !" Thats an attitude for Failure ! And hanging up on customers is RUDE. Im thinking about getting an Iphone.
