They were always responsive with any questions or concerns I had. I always received feedback same day of my questions. The home itself is perfect. Our family and friends love it. Beautifully built and well designed for years and years to come. If you find yourself in the position to work with this company and get yourself a home they built, DO IT!

        High Country Homes built our dream home in 2016. Our floor plan was highly customized from on of HC standard floor plans. Throughout the design and build process, Jeff Caseber (owner) was supportive, available and communicative. After we took possession, Jeff was still available to us to answer questions and trouble shoot small problems we encountered. At our age, it is doubtful we will build again, but if we did, I would definitely go back to HCH for a bid.

        I am updating my previous review to account for some new developments. High Country Homes has contacted me directly to investigate the issues going on with my HVAC system and with a few other things in my home, and I am impressed that this is occurring. I appreciate the support I am now receiving with High Country Homes. I would recommend this builder because, even when/if issues arise, it seems that they are willing to work with you to rectify them.
