After a less than stellar experience with our prior pediatric dentist, our first visit was so easy! This made my kids and I very comfortable. The hygienists and Dr Micah are fabulous. All of the staff are very personable, and the office is well organized and prompt. The referral to orthodontist was seamless. Dr. Haas and Shannon were amazing with my two anxious pre-teens. There was no pressure and Shannon made sure to tell the boys upfront about the process, highlighting NO PAIN and nothing scary happens in that chair. Shannon and Dr Haas were very open about the orthodontic plan and asked both kids and parents for questions and feedback. They are very accommodating and so kind. My family and I are very happy.

My family and I have been with another dental company for over 12 years, but unfortunately we changed insurance and had to find another dental office to go to. Light Dental Studios came highly recommended and made my family's first visit about a year ago. This has been the best choice we've made. Dr. Trieu has made us feel comfortable as she's very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and listens to our concerns. You can tell she's very experienced. Along with her assistant, Lay, they make a great team. Lay was great with my kids, which was important to me that my kids are comfortable. We will continue our dental care with Dr. Trieu and her team. Thank you for making this transition for our family easy!

Walked in as a new client and immediately saw another client walk out bawling her eyes out. none of the staff showed any empathy. They rolled their eyes and gossiped after she left. In return, I went to the front desk and cancelled my appointment. Yuck.

To express , how compassionate light dental studios is of Puyallup beyond words of grace . They understanding what each and every different persons needs are . With there extremely knowledgeable staff front to back of the office .. I just knew a great smile is something you can always on count on walking in and walking out after such amazing experience with all there staff who absolutely know what there doing .. 10 stars + To see bad reviews of this office .. is awfully not true thats just bad breath Brushing teeth is important before criticizing such an amazing group of people who are just trying to help give this place a great chance and and youll find your self in a world of great smiles .. ( dont forget to read the paperwork) communication is important so there is no distaste in the toothpaste. Just smile minty fresh :-) this staff at light dental studios of Puyallup is amazingly fresh with knowledge to help where they can give em a chance to see the difference .. thumbs up .. :-)
