      image This was our second stay here. Unfortunately the pool was closed, which should have been mentioned when we booked the room. I still gave it a 5 Star because it is clean, quiet and staff is friendly and a pretty decent breakfast bar.

      image Room was ok but the beds were dirty was itchy for 2 days straight every time I slept cant even call customer service in room I got to go all the way down stairs pool and hot tub out of service worst part I think theres bed bugs me and my girlfriend was itching my honest thought over priced

      Dear Kareem,Please accept our sincerest apologies for your poor experience at our hotel. Our customer service is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. I am confused as to why you couldn't call down to them. We run a very clean hotel, which means we take any claims about bed bugs seriously. We have strict protocols we follow to ensure any unwanted pests that are brought into our hotel are dealt with immediately. As you did not contact us regarding possible pests in your room, we were not provided the opportunity to check or act. We are very sorry about the pool and hot tub being down. We are renovating our hotel to better server our guests! We have alerts posted on all websites stating that our pool and hot tub are currently down. If you booked through a third party website and they didn't display it prominently I apologize for the inconvenience this cause you. We would love to resolve you poor stay with us. Please contact the hotel and ask to speak with our Guest Service Manager and she will be happy to speak with you.Joshua GGeneral Manager

      image Wedding night hotel stay and we were not disappointed. Close to were we wanted to be and the room was well appointed.

      image Had a very nice stay! The hotel is currently under renovation, but that didn't adversely influence my stay in the slightest. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. I would totally stay there again!
