Taylor Heating (now Gene Johnson) was recommended to us by my in-laws. Thomas L., our technician, was able to come out twice this week to diagnose and repair the issue with our refrigerant leak and reprogram our thermostat, and was very thorough, helpful, professional, and kind. Highly recommend! Prompt scheduling, and great customer service!

Repeat customer of Taylor heating for years. I had a horrible experience today. Kevin was extremely disrespectful and spoke down to me. They lost their customer service when they sold to Gene Johnson. Will never be using them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Ive been a repeat customer of Taylor for many years. What I learned today is when you get bought out by Gene Johnson. The customer service goes away. I called Taylor to our project to do a specific task. They showed up with completely different instructions, and then refused to do the task in which we hired them to do. When I spoke to the manager, Kevin on the phone, he basically told me to f off and they werent going to do the project. Now a pregnant lady will not be able to move back into her house before her twins are born because they dont care enough to make things right. I would highly recommend calling an HVAC company that was not bought out by a big corporation.

We've been relying on Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning to service our HVAC system for years. When we needed a new system two years ago, they were the only company we called. Their technicians are consistently friendly and always eager to answer our questions thoroughly. Today, Jonah came out for a routine inspection, and once again, we experienced nothing but professionalism. He took the time to explain his service and the results of his inspection. I am enrolled in the service plan after Taylor Heating installed our new furnace and heat pump this past summer. I really like that they called me to schedule the appointment for servicing. Jonah called ahead to tell me he was on time and on his way. He helped explain what he was doing and gave me some good tips. Jonah also showed me that my unit is working as it should. He left me some filters to change out in the future until they come back for my next service. I appreciated how courteous and informative Jonah was. Thank You Taylor Heating!
