      image Soutsakhone is a wonderful agent! Out of the whole 30 yrs I've had insurance with various companies she is the 1st one who thoroughly explained my coverage options. She is very intelligent and explain in a way that is easy to understand. I feel she truly cares about me & my family's well being and I'm happy with the insurance program she set up for us including the financial services. She also does a great job in keeping in contact with me to make sure that all my insurance needs are up to date. I highly recommend her. She is a true gem!
