spam calls with no voice-mail that masks their real number illegally. these phone calls are clearly suspicious bc they always link back to a senior citizen in their 90s

Matt is a very down to Earth guy, and will always come up with an answer whether researching or reaching out elsewhere.  Always available and I hated to leave the state losing him as my agent.   He is a very big reason I will stay with Farmers however.

Matt Johnson has been our insurance agent for several years now and we couldn't be happier with the service and advice we have received.  His knowledge and expertise has helped us to select the correct coverage for both our business and personal insurance needs.Matt suggested purchasing an umbrella policy when we purchased rental properties and this provides the additional coverage and security we were looking for at less cost than increasing the coverage on each individual policy.Matt has also made other suggestions which saved us money and he advised us against purchasing coverage we really didn't need.  He clearly has our best interests in mind. When a tree fell onto our car during a winter storm he handled the claim quickly and the shop he recommended for the repair did a wonderful job.  Our car is as good as new and there were no hassles!It's wonderful to have an agent we can talk to who explains things thoroughly and who is responsive when we do have a claim to process.  It's great to have an agent who is intelligent, but more than that, who has integrity!Thanks Matt!
