While the initial installation took about twice as long as promised, we were happy with the final result. However, later when problems developed, Corey became very hard to reach and I had to buy replacement plants myself. Then my waterfall developed a leak, but he blamed it on evaporation and basically ghosted me from then on. I have to add water daily, which I did not have to do the first several months and this is not related to the auto refill. After several attempts, I am going to have to shut down the waterfall for the winter and hopefully find someone else to rebuild it next year. Service: Backyard landscaping

We had an awful time chasing this company down for months. We paid the $35 scheduling fee and were stood up for our initial appointment with no communication before or after. We tried to engage them via email but they were be unresponsive for weeks at a time. When they finally sent someone out we asked to move forward with our bid and they continued to be unresponsive. We finally asked for the fee to be refunded but they refused so we cut our losses. Im shocked their reviews are not lower since neighbors shared similar experiences.

Corey and his team at Nu-life Landscapes were amazing to work with. Corey created the perfect birds paradise plan for our small space. The plants were chosen with care, drainage issues resolved, and the design allows for me to add seasonal color and decorative items over time. His well-trained crew were courteous, conscientious, and willing to consult on placement of plants and pavers. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Nu-Life Design continued to thrive with the upmost professional landscape business even through COVID. Corey along with his business partner Tony were in touch with us daily and stopped by daily at our home to monitor their employees progress, have "daily reports" - and were available for any concerns or changes that may of occurred. His employees were conscientious of leaving our job site clean and tidy each day. Emails were usually found each morning in our mailbox for the day in progress with any changes and communication. Our questions were always returned by way of email or in person daily. Although we had a "vision" of our lot to create a backyard with water and a "Feng Shui" lifestyle that incorporated our natural wooded lot - Corey exceeded our expectations and created our space to an outdoor home where we will enjoy for years to come. I would like to emphasize that we had a very "L shape lot to which Corey added interesting curves, color pallet, design that made our lot feel and look more spacious. The yard has some unique features that was designed personally for us - It was a pleasure to work with Corey, Tony and his team. BAD customer service. I had an appointment scheduled and they canceled on me an hour before the appointment. They did not understand the scope of work and just wrote me off. So glad to learn this before I contracted. I would not have wanted to partner with them!
