After damaging our chain link fencing 4 separate times, was dismayed the owner did not contact us (repairs were made out of pocket), Robert DeWitt didn't bother to call when the crew broke a 2.5" diameter branch off our revered Japanese Maple either. Couple of times I did contact him about the crew only spending 12-15 minutes on our yard, met an agreement to pick up dog doo in backyard, though they left before checking, later mowed. Had been a customer for 1+ year, yet when I wrote he said it wasn't a good match. What? 3 complaints in over a year sans the damages. Go figure

I have used this service since I bought this home 3 years ago. Robert has always responded quickly when I had a concern, and resolved just as fast. I am disabled and can no longer do the work myself. Hiring the right company is important for property owners so there is no uncertainty. I live in an HOA and requires a neat front lawn. Last year I bought sod to replace the front lawn. DeWitt has been exceptional in caring for my expensive grass. I cannot be happier with Robert and his crew.
