        1st when you walk in no teller is standing only the lady Tiffany who is sitting down. Tiffany doesn't even smile when you walk in. Not a warm and fuzzy feeling. I tried to make small talk about the weather but that was a no go. As we were finishing up my deposits, Tiffany forgot to hand back my ID and my deposit slips. Not a good look Umpqua especially as a business owner

        Went to several banks today to cash checks. Out of all the banks I had the poorest experience. They were the only bank to charge a fee to cash a check from their bank and they dont give out receipts for the transaction.

        The ATM deposit is ALWAYS not working. It is vey inconvenient. I chose this bank for the connivence of being close but it is not worth it for the hassle of the ATM not accepting deposits and having to drive all the way up to 175th in Puyallup when its after hours and I need to deposit.
