        My package did not go out on the day they said it would. As a result the priority shipping that I paid extra for, wasn't a priority service. Receiver should of received Saturday, instead didn't receive until Mon. Sure am glad I paid extra. Not!

      Hi Rudy, your package was an extra $1.50 to send priority mail as opposed to the very unreliable ground advantage. Priority mail to Spokane is advertised as 1 day delivery. You item was picked up on Friday and should have been delivered Saturday according to the USPS priority mail map. There is not much we can do when USPS does not deliver on their advertised schedule. We never make any promises for when USPS parcels will be delivered, we always say "should be delivered on X day" but nothing with USPS is guaranteed. The only guarantees we make are shipping through the much more reliable FedEx or UPS. I hope you will consider removing your review from our new family-owned small business profile, as this review should be directed towards USPS for not getting your parcel to its destination on their advertised schedule.
