The amount of effort I got from Nelson Home Group was amazing. It was my first time buying a house and I didn't feel pressured into buy a home. I felt as though any hesitation I had and questions I need answered The realtor was there to talk to me and help me through the process. The realtor was very patient with me through everything which I really appreciated. If I was to buy or sell another home I would definitely recommend the Nelson Home Group company to assist me.

From the very start, Jesse was nothing short of excellent. Our family had very specific needs due to our disabled children. He listened to our needs and what we wanted for a home and provided recommendations that suited us. He was very receptive to feedback and did everything he could to help us find our home. We had been searching for almost 4 years, and numerous real estate agents that just couldnt put the effort we needed into our home search. We finally found our first home for our large family. Without Jesse, we sold still be looking. Thank you Jesse, from the bottom our or hearts. Our kids thank you and you have been a blessing for us!

We were looking for a home in Lacey, WA and reached out to Jesse. I have known him for some time now, and I was inclined to reach out to Jesse because I have seen first hand how much he invests in his work, and how important it is for him to make sure his clients are more than happy. Our experience overall was absolutely phenomenal!! He made this entire process so smooth for us and in my opinion, is one of the best realtors you could come across. Jesse is absolutely outstanding! I would not recommend anyone else. I had a previous agency give up on me. Jesse stepped in and where others failed, he went above and beyond in EVERY situation along the way. He did everything he could to help in any way possible. The effort he put in to help me and my now growing family get into a house of our own was incredible.

Jesse made the home buying experience for us as seemlesd as possible. It was out first time buying and selling a home and Jesse walked us through every step of the way. He was always available when we needed him and when the inspection came through on the house we were selling, Jesse got a roof inspection, crawlspace inspection, and gutter contractor out to the property within 48 hours. Nothing came as a surprise and the communication was top notch. During the shopping process, we gave Jesse a list of wants and needs and every house that he sent us to look at had a piece for the entire family. Highly recommend Terrafin and Jesse Nelson for real estate needs and we could not be more happy with the house we moved into.
