Nancy was INCREDIBLE to work with! We moved fast and secured our dream home in one of our dream locations quick! I never expected the home buying process to move so smoothly. She checked in on us frequently throughout the entire process, followed up on questions we had and listened to our hopes and dreams, and made it happen in the matter of a weekend! This was our first home buying experience and she took a lot of the stress away by educating us and explaining the process and typical timelines. Buying and selling a home is an exciting time, it is also an emotional roller coaster. Now that we are settled in our new home I know the only reason we made it here is because of Nancy. Nancy was on top of everything, communication was amazing, she listened to me and my wants and when I was falling apart overthinking everything, Nancy was there to answer my questions and hold my hand. The biggest impression Nancy has left me with, she is not just a realtor that was referred to me to handle our transaction, she was and is invested in us and our needs, Nancy is still by my side. She still cares that I am happy with our new home. Because thats what Nancy will do for you, she doesnt just look for a house for you or a buyer for your house, she makes sure you get into your home and helps to let go (sell) of your current home.
