As a first time home-buyer I couldn't be more grateful to have had Ashley representing me. This was a whole new experience with so much for me to learn and she held my hand all along the way. She listened to my preferences and what was most important to me and gave thoughtful advice. It was a sellers market, we looked high and low and heard a lot of no's. Once I finally found the one, we had a unique complication arise due to the seller putting the "cart before the horse." This caused a big issue with the lender and put me in a bind as they missed the closing date more than once. The sellers agent was non-communicative and incredibly rude about needing to chase him down to follow-up. Ashley handled this with tenacity, professionalism and grace despite how uncomfortable the whole ordeal was. Not only is she a great agent, but she is a wonderful person too. I will definitely be giving her a ring when I'm ready to move on to my next home.

Working with Ashley was a breeze! As a first time home buyer there are so many many unknowns and important decisions to make. Ashley made us feel confident and comfortable with our decision. It can be stressful buying a home but with her as our realtor the stress was next to none. She has been recommended to our friends who also had an amazing experience. Positive attitude, great personality, sound advice and when we sell and buy in the near future she will be our go to pick. Do not waste time looking for another realtor this woman has the full package and coincidentally she will deliver it to your new home
