Matia has sold three houses for us. All three of them sold quickly for top dollar. She is very professional and her marketing skills are excellent. She is very hard-working and you can trust her to be honest in all of her dealings with you. Once your sale is pending, she stays on on top of everything to make sure you make it to closing. I have been kicking around moving from Portland to the Seattle area for a couple of years now. Matia's been there for me to bounce properties off of even though she knows this could be a very long, long time coming. She's always kind, patient and knowledgeable about her area. To say I am a casual shopper is to put it mildly. Fast forward to spring of last year, an unforeseen situation suddenly happened to me, and now the sale of my home in Portland became critical. The relocation was not to the Seattle area unfortunately. I asked Matia if she could refer me to an agent in my area who would take care of me. She went through the time to interview agents she thought I would mesh with. I ended up with a fantastic agent in Portland who wrapped up the sale in a couple of weeks at full price. My eventual plan is to move to the Seattle area, but yet again I have no time frames. All I know is that when the time comes Matia will be my first call. I have every reason to believe that house hunting with her will be a joy.
