We chose Caitlin Mahan as our Real Estate Agent to purchase our first home and we would not have wanted it any other way! Caitlin went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our Farm - Which was sold in 5 days - Very helpful with staging ideas and she added her own unique personal touches as well - Caitlin was there for every phone call- email and text ( we had a lot )

Caitlin helped us buy a new home and sell our old one, and working with her made the process as easy and straightforward as could be. She is extremely organized and knowledgeable about the market, and provided insightful advice and feedback whenever we asked. She is also extremely personable, responsive, and available, and took initiative to network as needed. The whole process of buying and selling moved quickly and smoothly and we are very happy with her support throughout. She is excellent at what she does!
