WOW, Annelaraine is the best Real Estate professional in the world. She really works for you. Annelaraine ALWAYS picks up the phone when you call. She also helped with the transaction of selling my house from out of state. I can't express enough how grateful I am that she was our Agent. We bought our house with out seeing it.. (other than on line and virtually) She listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect house. She is totally for her clients. I am a client but now I consider her my friend. We have bought and sold many houses in our life time. Loraine is the best agent we have ever had. She is totally for the client. She insured that we got fair market value. She always gets back to us or answers when I call. She went the extra mile, pulling comps, surveying the property with us on facetime. She is willing to respect your decision to walk away or counter the deal if it is what YOU want to do. She is not about the Benjamins(Money). Loraine is so dedicated to her clients she cancelled a personal appointment to attend the inspection. We were from out of town and we had such confidence in her we bought a house with out physically being there to see the property. In our opinion she is the best!!
