I want to start by saying that I was not an easy customer/client. Leslie and her team went above and beyond to put up with myself and my husband during this exciting time of purchasing a home in a new State. Every time I had questions or concerns, Leslie contacted me by phone promptly and eased my mind. They do everything they can to help their customers/clients and I could not have asked for anyone better to help us through this process. 10 out of 10 satisfied and when we purchase our next home/rental we will be reaching out to Leslie first!!!

Working with Leslie is like being transported back in time before customer service died. Her response time was practically immediate on any day, at any time. Her calming and professional attitude during one of the most stressful few months of my life was the only thing that kept me sane throughout the process. There is no doubt to me that her personal life suffers from her unparalleled work ethic. Movement should feel very fortunate that she has chosen to work there. Leslie Bartley is always on top of her game. She communicates very effectively and we never felt out of the lending loop during our home buying process. Our loan approval was quick and our funding was flawless. She did everything possible to make our home loan process go as quickly and as smooth as possible. She was always willing to answer any questions we had. Her professionalism and efforts are unmatched on every level and we are very thankful to have her for our loan officer!
