Went through a refinance with Kendrick to get rid of PMI. He did a great job and always picked up the phone whenever I had any questions. I had doubts of refinancing and wanted to back out. I expressed my concerns to Kendrick, he was honest with me and told me the truth even if it did not benefit him. He did not pressure me to stay and not back out but after talking with him and thinking it through, I was certain that going through the refinance with him was a great decision.

Pete and the Fairway team was amazing communicative and very informed. If I had any question at any time they made sure to email me or call me right away so that we could go over details and they could go over paperwork with me right away so I didn’t feel like I wasn’t informed.
I had a lot of questions because this was my first time going through this process, but it was smooth flawless and also such a kind team never made me feel bad for asking any questions 🤗 I’m very thankful for their team!
