They did an amazing job. I'm looking forward to going back again in 2 weeks. I'd definitely recommend this nail salon to everyone. They're very friendly and they offer a lot of different types of pedicures

After seeing jasmine nails on insta I was so excited for my first appointment. When I first walked in, I let the gentleman know my daughter was getting a kids pedicure 3 times. He proceeded to sit her in an adult chair( me not knowing anything because its my first time) services were provided and they did great. When it came time to pay for the pedicure, the gentleman said my manager said because shes too big you have to pay adult I proceeded to let him know my daughter was 10, she just turned 10 on 3/6 and that she was born on 2014 and that she is just really tall for her age. I let him know that if needed, I would show proof. He then said Im sorry thats what they are telling me he ended up charging me $30 for my daughters nails but their site clearly says kids pedicure $20 age 4-10. He then said Ill let my manager know the fix the site. But I double checked all their menus and they all said the same thing. I proceeds to try to get a better understanding. Because I didnt understand why they were charging me extra. I was then told because she sat in the adult chair thats why we charge you extra mind you, the gentleman was the one to put her in the adult chair even after specifying 3 times she was to have a kids pedicure. I was disappointed at the customer service because they do a great job on the nails.

First and second time here! The lady doing my nails previously completely disappointed me with a nasty attitude when I asked her to fix something. At Jasmine Nails Ive had a different person each time and both were amazing!! I found my permanent new nail salon. Ill definitely be back!
