        My wife and I experienced rude staff and unprofessional service. Following was seemed to be a successful oil change, we exited the shop and immediately heard something dragging under my car. I stopped in the middle of the road and checked under my car. Sure enough, there was a piece of my car dragging underneath. My wife and I turned around and reentered the shop to explain my new issue. While explaining to the gentleman with the iPad the noise, my wife and I overheard another staff member in the back yelling, "it was already like that." However, this couldn't have been more of a lie. The gentleman initially asked me of any issues concerning my vehicle and I answered best of my knowledge. After I explained to the staff that it wasn't like this before, one of them in the back rudely said, "so I'm a liar?!"Subsequently, my new issue was resolved within seconds. My wife and I couldn't believe the rude comments and lack of professionalism we got from the staff. I will go anywhere else but JiffyLube next time Services: Oil change, Brakes
