I don't even know what to say to this, as I explained Baby's tail was matted I shaved it, I told your drop off person I do not demat he agreed to short, so shaving was the safest thing to do for Baby for his groom including his tail. He was not harmed in anyway at my facility I was overly careful which is why it took so long he was so covered in yeast and redness and weeping sores on his feet he required extensive soaking in medicated shampoo and he was carefully shaved down to allow his skin to breathe. I'm so sorry you are unhappy I should probably have clarified short is always the safest length I can get through the knotting. Baby seems to have some ongoing severe skin issue that probably causes him to chew at himself excessively at his tail that I was able to brush out last time, this time brushing would have caused a lot of bruising of the skin where the matting was very tight, if someone isn't keeping up on brushing at home he will get matted in those areas. I ONLY charged you 200 for 3 and a half hours of work, the salon charges a rate of 75 per hr, I'm always looking to better serve my community which is why I went above and beyond my hours to help you and get you in and I'm sorry you still don't seem to understand that in the way I cut costs to your dog's grooming session. As I told you when you were interested in services I charge by the HR and both instances I charged less than that. Baby left my care happy, groomed to best of my ability with his skin health, I even apologized for not clarifying short means a shaved tail. I asked you what you would like me to do further for you as I was open to suggestions you didn't have an answer, you didn't want a resolution so again I'm sorry there's nothing further I can do but suggest keeping up on brushing at home and continue vet care for Baby's skin condition so no one has to shave Baby again.
