Dear Katherine, Thank you for the taking the time to post this review. It is obvious from it you were significantly frustrated and dissatisfied with the service you received. We regret you experienced this. Your dissatisfaction was concerning to us, but it was also surprising. We manage the work we do and monitor our client satisfaction very closely, and we couldn’t recall a service call or client dissatisfaction situation such as yours happening under our watch. Upon doing some research in our work order management system, we learned that the last time Pinnacle did work at your residence was well over a year ago.Since then, much has changed at Pinnacle. The company changed ownership in February 2022 and with new ownership came a new management team, a new Service Technician team, and many other important changes. Today, at Pinnacle, we are passionate about being the industry’s best provider of residential and commercial property maintenance, remodel, and repair services. We strive to be the trusted provider of choice for our clients, a partner they can always rely upon to solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction. We have outstanding Service Technicians who are hardworking, committed to excellence, and experts at what they do. Our company does everything it can to ensure our clients never experience anything close to what you experienced. And, if we make mistakes or do something that dissatisfies our clients, we always do what is right to resolve the situation. Again, we regret you had this experience, but it seems like it occurred a long time ago and while Pinnacle was under previous ownership. If we are missing something, we would appreciate your letting us know what it is.
