    Very responsive, timely and professional. They were hired to do a pretty big sized drywall build back after a plumbing repair and you would never know that there was any work done - it looks perfect. Andrew did the build back and paint and was awesome. So thankful for you all! Highly recommend.

    Pinnacle came to our property through First Point Property mgmt. In Puyallup to install blinds, a doorbell, closet rods and a few other small things. MATT was THE NICEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL person that we have ever had in any of our homes. He performed the highest quality of work, and made sure that anything he could not do (such as a few of the blinds not being the right size) were submitted immediately to ensure they would be taken care of in a timely manner. Could not ask for more as far as quality service and an outstanding person. MATT should train every employee in the industry as far as we are concerned. Excellent in EVERY ASPECT. Thank you again, MATT, you were awesome!!!

    They were to fix a hot water pressure issue in our shower and instead made it much worse. First upon initial inspection they busted the tiles in our shower and left a gaping hole in our shower wall around the spout. Had our landlord not hired them to do the repair after this quote inspection, they would have just left it like that! Then when they did come to repair, they made it worse. Now not only do we have no hot water but we also have to literally fight to turn the shower on at all. We have to shower at the gym now because of their "repairs". They are supposed to come back next week to fix the damage they did to our bathroom. Absolutely do not use them unless you want your problem to be worse. The first two pictures are how they left it after the initial inspection. The third fourth and fifth pictures or how they left it after the second time they came to repair it and still didn't fix it.
