        Real Property Management Today replaced a previous management company and the difference was immediately evident. I moved recently but not because of any issues with the home or RPM Today. The owner Jim takes great care of his properties and RPM Today will be a great partner for him. I wish you well!

        Service sucks. And tried calling the office 200x and they just hand up on me. Received a leftover refund of my deposit when we moved out and then collection called saying I owe $600+ to the property! How fine from June 2023 but we moved out on April 2023!

        Would not suggest to people needing a leasing manager. Took far too long for repairs and no one was ever in the office to answer the phone.

      Susan - We sincerely apologize about missing our appointments. We had some scheduling software glitches. While this is an explanation of how and why we missed the appointments, we understand that it is in no way acceptable and are doing everything we can to fix the issue.

      Hi Taylor - We're sorry you felt like repairs took too long. We are always working on improving our response times. Our policy is to have non urgent repairs completed in 10 days but we have had many completed within 24-48 hours. Also, we currently have office staff answering the phone M-F 9am-4pm and are always adding operators to fulfill the demand.
