What probably should have been one of the more stressful experiences of my life was arguable one of the easiest and that really came down to the service provided by them. We had such a great experience using Tara Walker to sell our home this past fall. Her and her husband Aaron are easy to talk to and listen to their clients wants and needs. They have gone above and beyond any real estate agents we have ever met. Tara came over before we listed our home and gave suggestions on things to fix and freshen up which was very helpful. We ended up getting $35,000 over asking price and we credit that all to her. If you are thinking about buying or selling your home, I highly recommend Tara and Aaron Walker!

Ive bought 2 houses and sold one with Aaron and Tara. They are rockstars. The last house they helped me buy under asking by a significant amount and this was in the peak of the market and sold my house lightning quick. They are great at negotiations and know exactly how much to ask to get you max value out of your transaction. One thing I liked about Aaron and Tara is that they successfully flip houses on the side so they are fully invested into being in tune with the market.

Aaron and Tara go above and beyond for their clients. We purchased our first home in 2017 with Aaron as first time home buyers. Aaron answered all of our crazy questions at all times of the day. Fast forward to 2020, and Aaron and Tara helped us sell our first home, and purchase a bigger home as an investment for our family. Of course, there were even more crazy questions at all hours of the day again, and they always answered. Aaron and Tara both went above and beyond to make sure we knew the process of selling. Tara always checked in with me, and made sure that I was not only ready for showings, but that mentally and emotionally I was doing ok. Towards the end of the whole process, we hit a couple bumps in the road and Aaron got on the phone with the title company to help fix it. This husband wife duo are amazing to have as realtors, and I will always recommend them to friends and family.
