We chose Karen Twyford from the John L Scott Real Estate Agency because she came highly recommended to us.She was the most knowledgeable of all the realtors we interviewed.She kept us updated on all open house activities, the progress of the sales. Once we had a buyer she worked with the buyers agent and came up with a closing date which was perfect for all concerned. Karens coordinating skills are of great value as a realtor. Even after our home sold she had suggestions as to moving to our new home and the moving was more than perfect. I highly recommend Karen for anyone selling or buying a home.
