Our real estate agent was Kevin Greer, and we absolutely loved working with him! We are not in Washington yet and Kevin was so incredibly helpful. He FaceTimed us for tours and the inspection, called just to check in and update us on where we were in the process, and was so on top of everything! He worked with family we have in the area to get everything in order for us to close on our house. Then, he went above and beyond after closing. He showed up to monitor the garage door replacement, and then fixed a portion of our fence and replaced the locks on the doors as a house warming gift. I really cant get over how kind and helpful he has been! Absolutely the best experience and we cant wait to move in!

I contacted Melanie Coehlo directly today about a condominium for which she is the listing agent as I do not currently have an agent. Realizing it was a Sunday evening at approx 7pm, I apologized profusely when she answered the phone. I offered multiple times to schedule a time for a call later in the week since I could hear a bit of agitation in her voice and knew it was non-business hours. New to this area, and highly interested in the condo I asked her whether she could do a "dual rep" situation, to which she replied that she could. With every question, sentence or anything I had to say she sounded agitated and annoyed. Again, I told her I was sorry for calling on a Sunday. When I casually asked what the story for the condo was, whether they were military, etc., she responded with disgust and dismay. I quickly ended the call, as I was appalled at her continual snarky remarks. As a CA Attorney and former CA real estate broker, how could I ever use her in a dual rep scenario if she was so annoyed to speak with me? If you want to be spoken to in a condescending manner, and feel like you're bothering your agent, then Melanie Coehlo is the agent for you!

Shari's is so much better than IHOP. That's sad for me but true. The pancakes here taste sooo much better. Tre prices are better. The food more and fresher in appearance and beautifully plated. To top it all off, flavored creamer and amazing fresh pies that are visually appealing. I would have taken a picture but we dug into the food as soon as it appeared.
