        Im not a fan. Heres why. I got my DUI 10 years ago just dealing with it now. Blew into the machine for whatever reason it came up .05 then a few minutes later I blew a .0 I was able to call my case manager(the state agency/program that is making me get the breathalyzer) and they had enough common sense to not penalize me for the bad reading but of course intoxalock charged me their little 50$. Telling me Im going to have to make a lifestyle change. Intoxalock I am your customer I am paying you. You should not have the right to penalize me if the court/agency that charged me with getting the breathalyzer does not. Youre not here to hold me responsible the court isif you have any other service provider to utilize please do so. Their customer service is garbage too.
