Note, I think this is connected to a different company now. (Vactec Septic) I Called them cold, out of the blue, had used others before them. Nice on phone, friendly, and got me scheduled right away. And....It only got better from there! One can tell a bit about a company by their equipment condition, and the appearance of an employee,(a little), and attitude of the employee, (a lot). They knocked it out of the park. Good and fair prices, speed, professionalism. Besides the work being done right, I never would have known they were there. No mess left. Well done!

New owner The price to high I will never use this company again

Paid to have septic pumped...paid, 2 weeks later it backed up, needed to be pumped AGAIN! They charged me again & threatened to send me to collections when I refused to pay again...even though I know they obviously didn't pump it the first time.

Owner died Dec 2015. New owners on Canyon. Per phone conversation been in WA 1 year. Miss Keith. $80 per 1/2hrs to dig out cover...guess we have to be young again! !!! They need to update their info. Still shopping around.
