It's the middle of the day on Tuesday and their doors are locked tight. No sign explaining why. And old sign from April says they'll be temporarily closed due to covid. No other explanation. This is the 7th of September.

I went to return a few large but light items and learned that volume ends up being a larger factor for cost than weight. I wasn't trying to meet a sensitive timeline with the items, so I chose the cheapest delivery and was still shocked by the cost. The employee (I wish I could remember his name) worked with me, and together we ended up cutting and reduced the size of one of my larger boxes so that it more appropriately reflected the contents inside--much less empty space. Needless to say, between cutting and re-taping, we ended up reducing the overall shipping cost by half, to a much more reasonable price. The fact that he took the time to help me Frankenstein the shipping box to save me money, speaks highly to the level of customer service I received. I'm not sure if I could have shipped cheaper elsewhere, but I highly doubt I would have found another shipping company that would have bothered taking the time to try and save me money. Great place to do business.
