Purchased a home from out of state, when Tamara called to schedule the closing documents signing she offered to have the notary sent to our house. She failed to mention this would cost us $175 out of pocket. Maybe that's not a lot of money to her, but I would have gladly driven across town to save myself $175. When I called to ask about this fee as well as a fee for HOA transfer that I believed was imposed in error she was clearly irritated. This is my third home and least pleasant experience so far.
