BoosterPet Veterinary Care & Urgent Care

I pay a monthly membership with Booster Pet for 2 animals, I went to take my kitten in who had a bad hot spot, after being told it was $300-$500 I had to consult with my boyfriend who said hed pay the bill just to tell him how much it was. Thats a lot of money to part with the 1st of the month since I just paid my mortgage so money was low. I was told I was an inconvenience, and because he was working I couldnt agree to move forward with the procedure until we spoke, so I was kept in the office with my kitten for an hour while everyone went to lunch. I wasnt even allowed to sit in my car. We paid and the procedure went fine but as a monthly membership holder I would like more compassion when it comes to animals and prices and that more time might be needed to make a decision.

My cat was able to be seen by the vet at BoosterPet quickly as she had developed an open wound on the side of her cheek. Her regular vet only had appointments available 5 days later. The staff here were gentle and seemed to really care about my cats situation. The aftercare documentation they provided was really detailed and helpful as well. I am very pleased with BoosterPet.

Very caring with our cat, urgent care is pricey but not any more so than other urgent care vets. Staff was willing and able to discuss costs prior to doing anything. Email follow up was helpful

Our cat hadn't been acting right for a few days so we decided to take her into BoosterPet. After some lab work, we received the news that all pet owners do not want to hear. Unfortunately, our cat's organs were failing and there was nothing we could have done. That same day we had to send our Char-cat off to Heaven. Throughout the entire process, all workers at BoosterPet were professional and allowed our family as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes. After about a week, we were able to return and pick up her remains up in a beautiful wooden box with her name etched into the side. They also included a clay imprint of her paw and a cremation certificate. The thoughtfulness has been much appreciated and we thank you for your professionalism.
