The shop came highly recommended by a very long time car guy. Unfortunately my experience has been much different. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The problem is that the shop is not sterile enough. First the rear passenger window developed a tear in the film due to contamination when it dried. The shop removed and replaced the film. Now after the few sunny days my back window has a similar tear and several bubbles that did not go away. Took my car back to have fixed and the owner told me that it was within acceptable industry standards. I dont really know what that means, but I have been tinting my windows for about 35 years now and never had this issue before. I have had much more complex windows tinted and never been told that bubbles and tears were acceptable. For the $500 I spent on my 2024 Prius I expected better. Definitely not taking any of my other cars to this shop. I will be steer my friends and family clear of their shop.
