My friends that live here seem to love it and every time I visit, I really enjoy the amenities. It is very accessible, quiet, and conveniently located. Esther in the office is very welcoming, kind and respectful to us. I honestly wish I could live here, but hopefully in the future!

Lived here for more than a year now, my wife and I love it a lot. The only con I would say is the noise because of the two major road on two sides of the property. But other than that, its a great apartment complex. Good amenities, very convenient location. The best part is the staff, Collin is super friendly manager and helpful. And we absolutely love the maintenance staff here, very friendly, responsive, especially Felix.

We lived here for two years and really enjoyed our stay. Its location is unbeatable as you have access to Whole foods, Fred Meyer, Target, Indian Grocery, Temple within 5 minutes of driving distance. The apartment amenities, prompt maintenance, cleanliness and courtyard make it an ideal location for families. The superior insulation keeps you warm during cold winters and we rarely had to turn on the heater (maybe 1-2 times in a year when it snowed in Redmond). The folks at the leasing office and maintenance crew are courteous and pleasing to work with. Keep up the great work Reflections team!

[Noise, theft and responsive management/maintenance experience] Noise for the apts facing outside of the community can not be ignored. You got two roads, one highway and one not big but constant streams of vehicles, up against it. Unless you close your window, which I can not stand it, you will hear car noise all day long. I can not rest very well here. Constantly, hearing car drove by. Another point I can not ignore here is, i experienced and witnessed four theft activities. One viechle's tires are stolen, and was propped up by paint bucket. The paint bucket busted and spilled the paint on the floor. The car are still sitting in the 6422 garage, one month after the theft. My ebike had a $25 pannier bag in the back that I used to keep my lock. One night I biked home with my lock in the bag, locked up the bike. The next morning my pannier bag was gone. Third experience was we have kids and some times got lots of stuff in the trunk. Today we were in a rush to get out of the door. And needed some trunk space for stroller and I had some new bought autoparts and fluid transfer pump worth about 200 dollars. I placed them in my parking lot on the floor in the morning. When we came back in the afternoon, they were gone. Maybe it is because I never lived in US city before, but what people considered safe here is not the same way I considered safe where neighbor watch out for one another and you can keep your car unlock and stuff. Anyway maybe this is already a safer community of Redmond. But be aware whether the kind of safety you are seeking is matching what local considered. The forth experience is my ebike along with two other thousands of dollars bikes were stolen as they were all locked to bolted together bike racks in the basement. The theft came and unbolted the racks took the bikes with the lock on them. Noted that they caught the theft and their vehicle multiple times on their camera but their cameras were old to a point that they could not even see the license plate. The security camera use basically useless. Police dont even try to access them. With amount of management invested in this place, this security system standard is a joke. Since the management and maintenance are top notch I really feel bad to leave this review. So if you don't care above two points, based on management and maintenance I would definitely recommend this place.
