Don't waste your time using their project platform to get freelance work. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. You will spend endless hours studying, taking certification tests, training webinars, reading through 80 page project guideline documents, and doing practice tasks for each project you apply and get accepted into. Most of the time after doing that you won't be put into production or get paid for any of that prior time you spent training for the role. If you do get paid it's typically around $30-$50 total, which doesn't come close to covering the actual time spent on training. The "project managers" can barely speak your language, there are terrible grammar errors all throughout the training materials, they're clearly written by non-native speakers, making it very difficult to comprehend. They constantly push project start dates out and move project deadlines dates up, (I'm talking moving them by months), not small changes. They change the rules on projects once you've been accepted, which cause you not to go into production. Payments are delayed until at least a month after you've completed the work. The most recent project I worked on I was notified that I was chosen by the client for the project and that I could start working on it that day, next day myself and the 47 others who were chosen were told to stop working. Complete silence for days, only to receive an email a week later stating that I was being removed, along with the 47 others from the project because they were "only selecting the best." We were already put on the project and all of us were taken off? How are you "choosing the best" when none of us who passed all tests with the required scores got to stay on the project? I fought this issue and all Centific did was offer up excuses. STAY AWAY from this company! These people are thieves and liars trying to take advantage of low cost labor.

I interviewed for a prompt engineer role and filled out a spreadsheet of knowledge on a specific topic that they required expertise on. I had a 2nd interview because they REALLY liked the insight that i had provided on the spreadsheet. During the 2nd interview they explained to me the job duties which were not even close to what was outlined in the job description. Centific seized the opportunity to use what i know for themselves and ghosted me with no follow up after the final interview. Dont waste your time and effort on this company which i believe to be illegitimate.
