I had an unfortunate experience here. The employee heard/saw me at the door and left me there for 5 mins in the cold, resulting in my child getting sick. When I brought it up to the director, there was no apology. I don't recommend them.

I am a mother of 4 once my elders find out that their twins sibling where starting childcare they where not happy about it. In fact they where scare because of their experience years ago they are now 15 and 12 The twins joint a learning center in Seattle las summer, two months latter I found myself making a report with CPS. During the investigation CPS helped us look for a new learning center (ABC Learning Center). Before I made the decision to get the twins back in school, I consider my elder children experience and the previous learning center experience to choose the right place for my babies. First, I needed to tell my self that accidents happen, children fight over toys, miss their parents during school hours and that they also get sick. I also needed to be honest with myself, the twins them self is like having to take care of 10 kids, the teacher is allow 6-10 kids. I new the possibility of a teacher assisting another child while my child is climbing or fighting for a toy was bound to happen. But I needed help, I needed professional help. To tell you all the least I been blessed, the transparency to go back and review cameras when needed (because we will face incident where our children will get hurt while the teacher is supervising a child going down or up a slide, or simply playing with a child). This things happen to us parents too in a matter of seconds and I found it helpful in our children developing independence. Yes there is major and manor injuries and I can guarantee you our children are getting the love and attention that they need. I walked in this place in different times of day and I can see them always attending the child that needs help even if they just need some cuddles. This place have their own cook, preparing daily fresh meals that we wont regularly feed our kids at home. At first I use to get mad that at 9:30AM no more drop off. With time I understand how important it is for our kids to have a constant schedule, and fallow the routine. We just need to be more prepared honestly, plan on traffic. Traffic changes every day get to know your route and communicate call the center. But just know that after 9:30AM all staff are attending our children and guys they take this serious. This is the time where they finish breakfast, teachers are changing 10 diapers preparing 10 snacks and other activities. While all this is happening teachers also educating our children helping them independently. I seen teachers do this with other children, when I have to pick up a sick baby. So let me tell you something I can wait on the phone 15 minute or I can call back or talk to them when I pick up my children because if they can not come to the phone or door was because a child needed their attention maybe a parent needs to be reported of and incidents. I been there, and this is why Im taking the time to write this review because us parents need to look out for other parents and their children. I can not thank Estella, enough for how she is running this place. She is a professional, always communicating, updating parents. I mean they are our babies, I took it personal when she said no more bottles sip cups only. But honestly that what they needed to be more interested in food. ABCLC, made the best choice for our children by hiring her fallow by the team of teachers and other personal. ABCLC really have done an amazing job by selecting who is part of their team. I express to Estella how important it was for the twins to start therapy. Estella, immediately communicated with Kindering and the therapist started the fallowing Monday not even a week days. My babies have been in ABCLC for about 5 months, at first a long day it was too much for them and in the mornings they didnt want to stay. They had trouble communicating, hitting, biting, punching the improvement have been remarkable. Parents we need to be patient, our children need to learn patience as well. Thank you ABC Note: this is not a payed review. Side note things get dirty things get lost, if you pick up your child dirty it was a fun day.

I wouldnt recommend this daycare at all they are highly unorganized and unprofessional as well as showing favoritism and treated my kids and I like we completely did not matter !!! The cut off is 930 I got there on time at 930 they left my kids and in the rain for 3-4 minutes while I rang the door bell and then the director Joelle comes with the most snobby attitude Ive ever seen after she left us at the door for 3-4 minutes to turn my kids away in the rain ! I had job interviews and a lot of stuff lined up for today and the week so I can support my kids as a young mom of 3 and now its another set back and financial burden. My daughter walked away sobbing and literally made my family feel like we didnt matter at all. They waisted my time as I would never leave my kids by then selves somewhere that its evident they are not wanted ! My youngest is 11 months and they accepted him but do not even have an infant teacher the director and assistant director are watching another infant but I do think they know the parents because they definitely have favoritism over the other infant vs my son. They sat there rocking that baby and coddling her while leaving me and my baby in the rain ! Absolutely disgusting and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, very poor management, lacking sympathy, showing favoritism and direct with the fact that my family was unwanted ! This is not the end of this as well Im taking this as far as I can because they are absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and undeserving of the jobs they have, working with babies!!!! Not to mention they gave me a number that DID NOT WORK when I asked for the bosses number.
