Williams Flower & Gift - Sammamish Florist

My husband ordered flowers for me to be delivered for our 13th wedding anniversary. The roses arrived, and were beautiful from a distance, but very brown and damaged upon arrival. It is now less than one week in and they are wilting and some are already dead. Costco flowers have lasted much longer. Also, my husband was trying to replicate my wedding bouquet, which was yellow and white roses and calla lilies. He made that note when placing the order and asked if any calla lilies were available, that it would be great to add a few. He then received a text notifying him that the order was ready and it asked him to call if he had any last requests. The flower looked fine in the picture that they sent him, but it was at a distance and when we zoom in, you cannot really tell that the flowers are browned on the edges. He then got a call and asked about the calla lilies and was told that the bouquet had already been made. If you cant/wont change the order then why ask if there are any final requests before delivering? We are disappointed. I dont expect flowers to be perfect and I actually appreciate when flowers look organic. My issue is more with the lasting quality of the flowers, which is not there, and the response he received when asking about the calla lilies. It was a non-response response, if that makes sense? He asked for lilies in the order, didnt receive them and when asked, wasnt really told that they maybe didnt have them, or they didnt realize in that special request in the notes, or some legitimate reasonjust the order is already ready for delivery. Also, not to add insult to injury, but there were several black ants in the arrangement that then got into my kitchen. And before you ask, they did not come from the delivery person leaving them at my door. I was home with my daughter and I grabbed the arrangement from the doorstep before the driver was even out of my driveway.

Williams Flowers is the BEST!! Beautiful arrangements, delivered on time, and professional courtesy. I usually look at the website, find the flowers I'd like then call and place the order. It's nice to talk to a live person with extra requests to personalize the gift.

Great service from start to finish. A picture of the floral arrangement was provided prior to delivery. And the flowers were delivered early and a confirmation sent.
