While CEO is great person their management staff is horrible. Starting off with Kristen the HR manager and Laura , Michael the project management. Not to mention Dean was the worst. Kristen is a double faced person who will act like the nicest person when ceo is there but act like an a hole when hes not around. This company while they preach about being exceptional theirs nothing exceptional in their management. They had crew members who had plenty of experience and crew leads who had zero . I was a crew lead for a previous landscape company and they always had me doing their job to the point I asked for a raise and got denied .. after being denied a raise I denied to do their crew lead duties for their crew leads. I got fired because I got tired of doing their heavy duty work like previous day before getting terminated I was using the (Hula) to pull out weeds while crew leads sat in a vegetable garden for a period of 5-6 hrs milking the clock. I had asked the crew lead ( Kale) if I could leave if there wasnt any more work to be done and she said oh theirs plenty of more work to be done. ( referring to pulling more weeds ) while she sat around doing nothing. But at the end of our conversation she was ok with it. The next day when I came in I was getting my stuff ready from my locker when Kristen HR came and pull me out of there just to fire me. I was so fed up with the way they handled every situation when she asked ( do you have anything to say , I said no its fine ) and got up and left. Theirs no need to argue with such people.

Great CEO who is a wonderful human and cares about his staff, the quality of work and making sure the level of exceptional is met. Strong company culture with great people to work with.
