Redmond KinderCare

I've had great experience with other KinderCare locations so our family wanted to love this one too but unfortunately my personal experience here is rather unpleasant. A few miscommunication happened before we joined this center but we went ahead and enrolled our little one because mishaps happen. But on our first day, nobody was there to greet us in the first place and even after we got inside, we just stood and waited for more than 30 minutes for someone who knew we were coming to show up. During that half hour wait, my little one wanted to use the bathroom but the bathroom we were told to use was not clean at all. From this frustrating experience, I didn't feel comfortable having my little one joining this center so I ended up dis-enrolling her the very same day.

The best daycare! I cant imagine such a place existed, always well staffed and clean. the teachers took care of my daughter with care and love. Shout out to Stephanie, Megan, Jessica , Ria, Renu , Pratyusha and the other teachers for making our experience so memorable.

Hands down Best staff EVER! My 4 Yr old and 9 month old goes here and I/we couldnt be happier! The atmosphere about the center is positive, all the teachers seem happy, the center is very clean. My children have created such strong bonds with the staff here, I cant imagine them being anywhere else. You can definitely feel the genuine love and care the staff has for the children. Thank you so much to Miss Stephine & Miss Beatriz for all you do!

We are thrilled to have our youngest here. The center director Miss Stephanie and Assistant Director Miss Beatriz is amazing-caring, nurturing, communicative, they go above and beyond anything I've seen to ensure that our daughter is looked after as if she were their own. She looks forward to going to "school" every day and seeing her friends and teachers. The meals are well planned, nutritious, we feel comforted to know she is eating healthy meals and being exposed to new foods. The hands on sensory play is beyond any expectations, our daughter is thriving in every area. We absolutely love the app too, it allows us to check in and see how she's doing and what she's up to, and each and every picture or video is exciting to watch her play, laugh and smile. Thank you to the amazing staff here, we're looking forward to having here there many more years!
