this is one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had! laura, an incredibly kind sales associate, helped me find the perfect concealer today! she is incredibly knowledgeable with the product and i have left super happy! thank you so much for your help! if you need anything, ask laura because she knows exactly what she is doing!

Came in and was immediately greeted by Jessica. I had what I thought was a weird request, I wanted to get tester spray strips of cologne for a friend of mine to take back to him, who was too nervous to come in by himself. (haha, men) Jessica was so helpful and didnt even bat an eye and immediately wanted to help and grabbed my list and got to work. Friend had 3 colognes he wanted to smell, Jessica loaded me up with plenty of tester strips to bring back to him thanks to her recommendations. She even labeled each one! She had great recommendations and my friend was very please with all her choices! She was super real and we had some laughs. Didnt even feel like I was talking to an employee, felt like talking to a friend. Give that girl some props! My friend ended up going in and purchasing one of her recommendations later that day.

TLDR. I made an appointment with Rikita C, was on time and I had to cancel the appointment because I would have waited 1+ hour to get my haircut. I booked at other Ultas before and the Factoria location is much better. I booked at 3:30pm last Friday and took work off. I arrived at 3:20pm and waited until 4pm then decided to ask how much longer. They said it would take 20 more minutes which would have been almost an hour waiting. I gave the feedback that they should have let me know if there was going to be a delay this long but they just blamed the other customer saying they didn't know what they wanted. The point isn't that you didn't make my appointment time, the point was you knew how much extra time you needed but let me sit there anyways.

Had great customer service from Taryn at checkout, 2 stars were decked because a small asian women started following me (quite obvious) and kept checking my basket to see if I was stealing, I get the, are you finding everything all right? But 3x back to back is just uncomfortable. Please take into consideration how your employees make customers feel, and treat every customer equally.
