This is a nice wooded park in central Renton. It is next to a school and also has trail access to a track that can be used during nonschool hours. It is a well groomed trail and suprisingly expansive.

This is a great park to take a walk through. It's a bit hilly in places and other areas are flat. It's quiet and a great place to bring your significant other, your children, and your pets. A full walk through all parts of it is about two or so miles. This park is located in the Fairwood neighborhood of Renton and has four entrances . The first and main entrance is at 16900 130th Ave. SE at the north end of the street. The next one is at 17300 130th Ave. SE at the south end of this same neighborhood street. The parking at both locations is in a neighborhood so you might have to park down the street a little depending on how busy the park might be. The third entrance is at 13000 SE 168th Street and has the best parking in a large, cul-de-sac circle and has no sign indicating the trail entrance. The fourth is at 12856 SE Petrovitsky Road which has no parking at all. This entrance is on the north side of the road and is best used by people using mass transit to access this park. There are a few other entrances but are not connected to any roads or where parking is available. In the series photos I have added here to my review you will see the entrances as describe in the order above. This is a day use only park owned and managed by King County. There are no restrooms or other support facilities. It is also too hilly and narrow in spots to negotiate using a wheelchair.
