We're new members and have had a great experience signing up here with the a nice young man, forgot his name sadly but he gave us excellent customer service. they've got a few things going for them compared BECU who is getting too big for their own good.

Told me I couldnt get a debit card with my old ID and a temporary drivers license paper then had fraud department called me verified who I was then I called and filed complaint ask if I can get a debit card and was told I could so I dont know why they told me no so I went back there and they printed me out a new debit card after being told I couldnt with the same ID and temporary drivers license I usually deal with Federal Way or Auburn branch Renton is closest to my house and I dont even deal with them because every time I have a problem with them Ive been banking with them since 96

I don't know much about Global Credit Union as I was a member of Alaska Federal Credit Union when they were bought out. I have experienced issues with the ATM located inside the Safeway 3rd Ave Renton Washington. I would like to be able to get cash sometimes when shopping and more often than not this machine is out of order for long periods of time. I have spoken with Global Management about this at the branch on Grady Way and they have told me everything from we contract that out, so we don't claim responsibility for its use and operating performance. Or if it's not working just drive over to Grady Way and use the machine at the branch. For me these answers are indicative of a business that lacks accountability. I have serious doubts about the health of this institution. When I see an out of order sign on the machine so often, I wonder what other parts of the business are broken. I am leery of this business because it fails to meet my needs and then excuses it off to a supplier and at fault for the state of their ATM machines. I hope they can improve and take responsibility for keeping their equipment functional. Am I asking for too much?
