Ashley has gained a forever customer. For starters she is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and it health i love that she educated me on the reason for the hydromist(see video) as well as how to properly put on and care for my wig and hair. She truly is a beautician. I mean seriously you wouldnt have thought it was a wig had i not mentioned it!!!! Its giving scalp! The quality of the hair is top tier i love the texture and how light it feels. I love the decor the vintage vibes are so cute. Beauty bake parlor is literally a hidden gem! No but seriously, keep that in mind when visiting as it can be slightly tricky to find. I highly recommend booking she offers so many different services

BB is Seattle areas best kept secret! Custom Wigs are my go to and Ashley is the only stylist I know that does natural and extensions at this level, literally theres nothing she cant do. If youve been lucky to be a client, you know exactly what I am talking about. If you are looking for someone that cares about their clients, look no further. King county ladies! Pay her a visit. My first appointment with Ashley was every thing I needed and more. She took her time with my hair and you can tell she is very passionate about what she does. She looked at my scalp and told me how to keep it clean and healthy - retain my length. For the first time my hair got steamed which was so refreshing. My wig was secure and laid. Was able to wear it for 3 weeks with how I maintained it. I did go back again for a weave, she slayed that. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Im excited to be a baked beauty!

In response To the owner posting that they never serviced me as a client: that is correct, I made an appointment, showed up on time ( about ten minutes early to be honest) and the teeth whitening technician had literally just left the salon. When I called the number that I had confirmed the appointment with, she told me that she just left for lunch and would be gone for at least an hour. I had appointments scheduled that I had carefully scheduled around this appointment so that I had enough time to make the trip to the other appointments that I could not miss. At this point I informed the person I spoke with that it was unprofessional to schedule an appointment for an out of town client and then bail, and said that I would be contacting Groupon for a refund. Not to mention, the location was very sketchy and difficult to find. I never did get a refund, but at least I got the opportunity to review your business. -10/10 would not recommend
