Through our company, I have worked with AssetLab for the last two years as I am usually the one to reach out when our website needs help. Luke is usually the one to help with our tickets. He is kind and considerate. He is communicative and responds to our requests often quicker than anticipated but also as quickly as he can. I really appreciate how simple and uncomplicated he makes the process of updating our website. He makes sure to communicate if he needs clarification or more information before making changes. I appreciate that he offers suggestions or options when there are any, depending on the request, so that we may consider something we might not have known. I also really appreciate working with Jeff Kelly. He is personable and informative. He cares about us as clients and makes sure we know he is there to help, whether for something related to a ticket or help with something new we want to try.

In less than 20 minutes (WOW) Luke Brokaw had a problem with our website fixed today. His help was timely because our club meeting was only a few hours away and the problem we were having with Wordpress may have confused members. Thank you AssetLab! When we work with AssetLabs, assigned to our account is computer tech Luke B, who is continually fantastic in a number of ways - quickness in response, quality of work and he always gets our work requests done correctly the first time. No task is too big for him and he always has a positive response for us. We are thankful that Luke is a key member of AssetLabs support team!
