Johnson Septic

We had water backing up and out and spilling over into our kitchen area. It was an emergency. Called Duane at 10 in the morning and he picked up on the first call. Listened patiently to what our septic issue was and he reassured me that whatever we needed, he would be over to help on that same day. He graciously helped diagnose and determine what he could via text and pictures, which I thought was great. After the first attempt at clearing the filter on our own, it didnt completely resolve the issue. He text back and said he would be over at 3:30. Duane was right on time and was ready to help. He gave us a breakdown on the system and what to watch for to prevent any future issues and he also cleared and resolved the main problem. The entire time he was kind and more than willing to teach. We are very grateful for Duane and his services and will always choose him and recommend him to all. Respectful and honest.

Duane is a great guy. Him and his son are honest and reliable. I recommend Johnson septic over any other septic pump buisness in the area.

Johnson Septic was so quick to reply and get us scheduled to get our septic pumped for saling our house. Duane was very kind and helpful and so willing to work with us.
